RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Return Window: 30 days from date of delivery.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at dremluxofficial@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at dremluxofficial@outlook.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
